Birthed from a shared cab-ride back from JFK, Brooklyn soul/funk/pop band Heylady is the 2014 winner of the WNYC Brooklyn Battle of the Boroughs and they’ve shared the stage with bands like George Clinton & The Parliament Funkadelic and Rebirth Brass Band. Heylady's debut album ‘About Time’ features Nina on vocals, Dave Cohen (vocals/keys), Josh Green (guitar), Jake Leschinsky (bass), Daniel Gould (drums), and Michael DeVellis (sax/flute/violin/ewi).
